Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking notification once your order has shipped.

- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Flat rate: $12.95
- Recommended for time-sensitive deliveries
- Free Shipping (EMS)
- Available for orders over $50
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Economical option for non-urgent deliveries
Please Note: Delivery estimates may vary based on destination and customs processing. We do not currently ship to select Asian countries and remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Eligibility Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To qualify, items must be in pristine condition – unused, unassembled, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom orders and made-to-measure furniture
- Bedroom Sets & Collections (must be returned as complete sets if eligible)
- Dining Room Sets & Collections (must be returned as complete sets if eligible)
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
- Products showing signs of use, assembly, or damage
- Items not in original packaging with all included materials
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Submit Return Request

Step 2: Await Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions within 24-48 business hours.
Step 3: Package Your Item
Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all protective materials and documentation.
Step 4: Ship the Item
Send the item to our returns address using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error.
Step 5: Confirmation & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Exchange Specifics
For exchanges, clearly indicate your desired replacement item in your return request:
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchange shipments
Refund Timeline & Method
Upon return approval, refunds are processed as follows:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
