While we strive for excellence in craftsmanship and delivery, we recognize that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Our policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and accommodating to our sophisticated clientele of homeowners and interior design enthusiasts.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Submit a Return Request: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within the 15-day window.
2. Await Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions within 24-48 business hours.
3. Package Your Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all included materials.
4. Ship the Item: Send the item to our returns address using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
5. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refund Timeline & Method

Upon approval of your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note:

• Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
• Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
• Payment Methods: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style:

1. Follow the same return process outlined above
2. Clearly indicate in your return request that you would like an exchange and specify the desired replacement item
3. If the exchange item costs more, you will need to pay the difference
4. If the exchange item costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method
5. Standard shipping rates apply for exchange shipments
